Giles Sequeira
Giles is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years property experience.
Giles is Chief Executive of Magnum Properties PLC, operates his own
development consultancy company and is the former Property Director of Urban Catalyst.
Prior to this Giles was responsible for setting up a mixed-use development
team at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, where he advised public and private sector
clients on substantial regeneration projects. These included the London
Development Agency, Igloo Regeneration Partnership, Urban Catalyst and P&O Developments.
The extensive experience Giles has gained from working in the industry has
been invaluable in setting-up and operating the Madeleine Grace Group.
